Pivot to Progress Career Offer Accelerator (90 Days)

By enrolling in the Pivot to Progress Career Offer Accelerator (“Program”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”). Please read them carefully before enrolling.

1. PARTICIPANT CONDUCT

We are committed to providing all participants with a positive, respectful experience. Rise with Robin Coaching may, at its sole discretion, limit, suspend, or terminate your participation in the Program (including live sessions, recorded content, community spaces, and digital resources) without refund or forgiveness of remaining payments if:

• You become disruptive, abusive, or difficult to work with;
• You fail to follow Program guidelines or community expectations; or
• Your behavior impairs the participation of the coach, facilitators, or other participants.

2. PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY

We respect your privacy and expect you to respect the privacy of fellow participants.

You agree:

• Not to infringe any participant’s or the Company’s copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights;
• That any confidential information shared by participants or any representative of Rise with Robin Coaching is confidential and proprietary and belongs solely to the person or entity disclosing it;
• Not to disclose participant information, personal stories, screenshots, recordings, names, or identifying details outside the Program;
• That all Program materials are confidential and proprietary intellectual property of Rise with Robin Coaching, and may only be used as authorized;
• Not to reproduce, distribute, sell, share, teach, or publish Program materials without express written permission.

If you violate (or show likelihood of violating) this section, Rise with Robin Coaching and/or impacted participants may seek injunctive relief to prevent harm.

You may share your own experience and results, but you must keep the experiences and statements (written or verbal) of other participants strictly confidential.
